This Texting Terms of Use applies when you give prior express consent to get text messages from Breeze-Free, INC.. Text messaging may include one-time or recurring texts related to the following programs:

  • Quote/Bid follow up. Messages may include follow ups on product quotes/bids.
  • Questions.  Messages may include questions about customers preference on products.
  • Payment reminders. Messages may include reminders to process payment on invoices.
  • Billing and payment. Messages may include notifications that an invoice has been processed, or a payment is due.
  • Program and services. Messages may include information about programs that are available to you such as; sales and discounts.
  • Appointment scheduling and reminders. Messages may include confirmations, reminders or cancellations.

Together we agree that the only way to end text messages for a specific texting program is to reply STOP. 

You can text HELP for help. Message and Data rates may apply. Text messaging may not be available from all carriers.

After you text “STOP” to us, we can send you a message to make sure that you no longer want to get text messages from that program. After this text, you will no longer receive messages from us from that texting program. To enroll again, just sign up through our contact form on our website and we will start sending SMS messages to you once again.

We can not guarantee the successful delivery of text messages by your wireless carrier. Messages sent by SMS may not be delivered if the mobile device if the network is down, is not in range of a transmission site, or factors beyond the power of wireless carriers may get in the way of message delivery. This may include how close you are to buildings, foliage, terrain, your equipment and/or weather. Your wireless provider and Breeze-Free will not be liable for losses or damages that come from:

  • a message that goes to the wrong number; or
  • a message undelivered or a message delivered late, or
  • Incomplete or inaccurate content in a text message. 

We are not liable for your use or reliance on the content of any text message.

Minor carriers: Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless). ***Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages***
