What Are Rebates?

Rebates are cash incentives offered by local utility companies to encourage homeowners to make energy-efficient upgrades. When you install qualifying products—like ENERGY STAR® windows or insulated glass units—you may receive a check, bill credit, or reimbursement after the project is complete.

Which Rebates Are Available?

We offer rebates with Puget Sound Energy (PSE) and PUD in Snohomish and King Counties. Depending on their requirements, we can determine whether you qualify for a rebate:

Puget Sound Energy (PSE)
Covers much of King and Pierce Counties

Snohomish County PUD
Covers Snohomish County

FAQs

Do I need to replace the whole window to qualify for a rebate?

Not always. Some rebate programs cover insulated glass upgrades or partial replacements if they meet energy efficiency standards. We’ll help you figure out what qualifies.

Which utility company offers rebates in my area?

Most homeowners in King County are served by Puget Sound Energy (PSE), and those in Snohomish County are covered by Snohomish PUD. If you’re not sure, we’ll help you check.

What kinds of upgrades qualify for rebates?

Common qualifying upgrades include ENERGY STAR® certified windows, insulated glass units (IGUs), and high-efficiency exterior doors. Eligibility depends on your provider’s specific program.
