Which of these do most homeowners start with?
Windows. Most calls are drafty or fogged windows, and about half of those turn into a whole-house replacement over two phases. Doors and glass repair often ride along with a window job on the same visit, which is cheaper than booking them separately.
Do you do repairs, or only replacement?
Both, within limits. We replace failed insulated glass units, re-mesh screens, and replace rollers, weatherstripping and hardware. We do not rebuild rotted frames or nurse a thirty-year-old sash along. Cory tells you which side of that line your job is on.
Who comes out to look at the job?
Cory, the owner. He measures every opening himself and writes the quote, and the crew that installs it works for Breeze Free. There is no commissioned salesperson and no charge for the visit.
