Breeze Free Window & Door is owned and operated by Cory and Ericha Faldborg in Snohomish, Washington. The company opened in June 1995 and has replaced windows, doors and glass in homes across Snohomish and King Counties ever since. Cory does every estimate himself, the installation crew is our own, and the family answers the phone.
How it started, and how it still works
Breeze Free opened in June 1995 as a small window and door installer in Snohomish. It is still small on purpose, a crew of about six or seven, because the owner measuring every job and standing behind every install only works at that size. Customers who hired us 25 years ago on one house are calling us for the next one, and the business is now in its second generation of ownership. That is the whole business plan.

Cory has installed windows and doors his entire working life. He has put them into brick, stucco, cedar, lap siding and every other exterior the Pacific Northwest has built since the 1920s, which is why he can tell you on the first visit whether your opening needs an insert, a full-frame replacement or just new glass. He does every estimate himself and writes the quote himself, and the crew that shows up on install day works for him.

Ericha runs the office: your first call or email, the scheduling, the order tracking and the rebate paperwork. If you have spoken to Breeze Free, you have probably spoken to her.
How we work
The owner does the estimate
No commissioned salesperson, no quota, no on-the-spot signing. Cory looks at the house himself, measures every opening you are considering, and writes the itemized quote within 48 hours.
We tell you what you do not need
One failed seal gets one new piece of glass. The weather side can be done this year and the rest next year. We have lost jobs by not quoting the whole house.
Rebates handled correctly
We are a registered Snohomish County PUD Trade Ally for windows, which is what makes a PUD rebate valid. We walk PSE customers through their program too.
Our crew, our warranty
The people who install your windows work for us. Every installation carries our 2-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's warranty, a lifetime warranty on most windows and patio doors.

We are licensed, bonded and insured in Washington, and we are listed in Snohomish County PUD's Trade Ally contractor directory for windows, which is what makes a PUD window rebate valid. We are not registered with PUD for doors or insulation, and we say so rather than let you find out on the form.
