Homes heated primarily with either qualify for PSE's window rebate: $50 per window at U-factor 0.23 to 0.30 (up to $750), $100 per window at 0.22 or lower (up to $1,500), patio doors included at their own thresholds, 15 windows per home over its lifetime, installs by December 31, 2026 and applications within 60 days. Every window on our quote lists its U-factor. Amounts and rules change; we confirm them with you before you order.

Do you serve Bellevue from Snohomish?
Yes. Our shop is at 6023 188th St SE in Snohomish, about 35 minutes from Bellevue on 405, and we work across the Eastside regularly. The estimate is free and there is no travel charge.
Does Bellevue qualify for a window rebate?
PSE's rebate, yes, for homes heated primarily with PSE electricity or natural gas: $50 or $100 per window depending on U-factor, up to 15 windows. The Snohomish PUD program does not apply in King County.
Can you match the mid-century look on a Lake Hills rambler?
Yes. Slim-frame fiberglass casements, awnings and picture windows keep the proportions of the original aluminum units with modern glass and a frame that stays square. Cory brings samples to the visit.
My large view window is foggy. Do I have to replace the whole thing?
Often not. If the frame is sound, we replace the insulated glass unit only, even in oversized units, which costs far less than a new window. If the frame has failed, we tell you.
